Awards Headliners Foundation of Texas Showcase Silver Award Winner Texas Association of Press Broadcasters Online/Special Content Division - 1st Place About the project "Trafficked: Web of Despair" was a special half-hour program about human trafficking, which aired on KRGV CHANNEL 5 NEWS in 2015. An accompanying webpage was created on KRGV.com. Along with the report, the webpage included:
Role Rewriting the report as a web article and posting the video were the first steps. From there, I broke up the content and reformatted it for the webpage. Basic but important facts were made into infographics. Short profiles were created for people featured in the report. Where appropriate, these included links to the segments they appeared on.
